Security Deposits are $200 payable to Bristol Housing
$100 will be required at lease-up. The remaining $100 can be billed at $25 per
month for the first four (4) months of occupancy.

Landlord Deposits - Equal to one (1) month's rent
Electric Deposit - Varies depending on your credit - Maybe up to $1,000
Water Deposits - Can be anywhere from $35 to $350 depending on location
Gas Deposits - Varies by provider

Bristol Housing does not have funding to assist with deposits
